Eligibility
To qualify for our services, patient must be homebound and under the care of a physician. The patient must also have the need for "skilled care" provided by a registered nurse, physical therapist or speech therapist on intermittent basis, and meet their specific insurance requirements(please ask our intake staff for further information).
